7 Night Immersion in the Wisdom of Nature

There is an innate wisdom in nature, that we, at our most fundamental level, are a part of and deeply connected to. This deep wisdom is a key to understanding our true selves, unfettered by unconscious belief systems, societal conditioning and protective patterns that can hold us back from being who we really are.
In the hustle and bustle of our day to day lives it can often be hard to remember that we are an integral part of nature and this divine wisdom. Ayahuasca is a medicine that helps us reconnect to this and peel away the layers keeping us from expressing our true selves and feeling connected to our own deepest wisdom.
During this immersion, surrounded by the natural beauty of a 40 acre nature reserve in the mountains of Costa Rica ,with its babbling rivers and majestic trees, we will come together and allow ourselves to be supported by nature itself as we open a portal to dive deep into our own inner landscapes.
The Set
Journeying with Ayahuasca is deep and courageous inner work and we will prepare for whatever may arise and learn some tools to help navigate the experience. Working with this medicine is far more than simply sitting and drinking and your journey and relationship to this plant teacher will begin to deepen (If it has not already) as soon as you commit to joining us.
After an initial 1-1 conversation to see if this journey is a good fit for you at this time we will conduct 3 more 1-1 preparation sessions in the 3 weeks prior to your arrival to help set intentions and begin to feel into the wisdom of our bodies and the plants. You will be provided with some tools and practises to get you ready and all of the information and support that you need for the cleansing preparation diet.
We will also conduct group meeting calls where we will get to know one another, begin to come together as a group and learn about medicine we will be working with. You can trust that there is a divine intelligence bringing us together for a reason and who we meet and how we relate to one another will form an important part of our time together.
You will have all the information that you need to feel safe, ready and be in the best possible mindset to embark on this work.
The Setting
We will be staying for 7 nights in a peaceful eco-lodge, owned and run by a beautiful local family, nestled in hills of central Costa Rica and surrounded by nature. This tranquil spot will provide everything you need to relax with all nourishing meals included and several accommodation options with private and shared rooms available.
Adjacent to the lodge is the spectacular Samanea nature reserve where we will spend time connecting with the spirit of the land, bathing in the refreshing river waters and experiencing the magic of the Aurora temple where we will conduct our prayer circles and integration sessions.
As well as the prayer and integration circles we will enjoy several other activities to facilitate us sinking into our bodies and the wisdom of the medicine There will be gentle restorative yoga, cacao and sound bath, massage and guided meditations as well as plenty of time to just be, relax and absorb the natural beauty all around us.
Integration
One of the key and often overlooked aspects of this kind of experience is the integration of it afterwards and how we take our insights and lessons and incorporate them into our lives. As well as the group integration circles after the ceremonies once we return home you will continue to be supported. Included are 3 weekly 1-1 integration sessions well as practices and 2 group calls as we go through this transformational process together.
